Story that led to a dad joke So I got in the middle of a heated argument online. I first thought the two combatants were joking around. But as it went on I realized they were really mad. During the conversation one of the combatants started calling me son and implying he was my dad. So I asked this guy to send me his picture. He asked why I wanted his picture. I explained: "If someone asks me if I know any dad jokes I would just show them the picture." He responded: "I want to be mad, but that joke was too good." This pretty much defused the situation.
