(ME) This is some of the weirdest victim blaming I have ever seen. (Some dude still grumpers) The law in most states is clear.. no different than a dog.. if your dog roams free off your property and bites somebody, it's your fault. If your horse roams free, and wanders into traffic.. same thing.. (ME) Well now you are just beating a dead horse.
