I totally nailed this one today I took a new job a few months ago. Same field I've been in for 23 years, but different employer and territory. I showed up at a place today and introduced myself. It was a room with 4 women, ages about 28 to 60. One of them asked, "So are you a new guy?" I said, "Oh, no. I'm 49; I've been a guy for a long time." They all took about 2 seconds then laughed their asses off.
