Dad joke that led to a collective groan, flying marker edition One of my students playfully tossed a marker at her peer. I caught it mid-toss and told her, "thanks, this is the highlight of my day" *insert collective groan here* This was then followed up by that student offering up a "Mr. NationYell, don't tell that joke again" which I retorted with an "okay, don't throw markers again."
