Today's featured daily humor:
The other day I made some really good homemade Mac and cheese for dinner. I stored the leftovers in a sort-of long, cylindrical container and put it in the fridge. Today my son (13) decided to have the leftover Mac and cheese for lunch. He took the container out of the fridge, opened it and flipped it upside down over his plate. Since the cheese sauce had congealed the contents all came out in one piece, retaining is cylindrical shape and tilting slightly to one side. I immediately said, "Hey look, it's the leaning tower of cheese-a!" This earned me an epic eye roll that I'm quite proud of.
